How do you violate the 1st Amendment and the 2nd Amendment all at the same time? Leave it to the Obama administration to figure out a way to do just that.

Obama knows he would lose at the Supreme Court. It would be close, probably a 5-4 decision, but he would still lose.

The reason he tried executive amnesty in the first place is because he did not think there would be a lot of backlash, or he could handle it. What he did not realize is that the majority of America is against this, and now he is retreating on the position.

Several years ago, two professors co-wrote a book, The Israel Lobby, that repackaged Zionist conspiracy theories in the respectable garb of academic prose. The authors, Stephen M. Walt of Harvard and John J. Mearsheimer of the University of Chicago, claimed that Israel, through its network of American supporters, pushed the U.S. to go to war with Iraq and were about to do the same with Iran. On Thursday, President Barack Obama gave his endorsement to that theory.

The long Obama is President, the more he shows his true colors. He is anti-semitic, and if you can’t see that, you are an ignorant p.o.s. Every move he makes is to counter Israel and support the Muslim agenda.

As the Obama admin. discusses a nuclear deal with Iran, Iran’s Supreme Leader tweeted that Iran won't accept a deal that benefits the U.S.

Barack Obama wouldn’t be able to recognize the truth if he collided with it face to face 24/7. Iran is going to take that charlatan for all they can, and Americans will be left with a huge crisis after he leaves office. Maybe we should put Ayatollah’s tweets on the news, since that seems to be where Obama gets all his “information.”

President Obama will announce a $500 million public-private program to boost textile manufacturing Wednesday as he seeks to convince Americans that his deficit-spending budget plan is superior to Republicans’ balanced-budget proposal.

JFC!  Has no one heard of 3D printing?  Does no one in D.C. realize it’s going to end manufacturing in the same way the printing press ruined the scribe industry.

Thanks Barry for taking the brave stand of having bold 19th century policy.

Obama congratulates dictators, communists, and radical Islamists but not Netanyahu

Members of Obama’s team actively worked on the ground in Israel to defeat Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu’s re-election campaign, but those efforts fell woefully short.  Netanyahu was re-elected in a sweeping victory for his party.

Obama has yet to congratulate Netanyahu on his victory.

from Arutz Sheva:

The EU congratulated Prime Minister Binyamin Netanyahu on his election victory Wednesday, but added it was committed to relaunching the peace process which he appeared to repudiate during the campaign by promising not to establish a Palestinian state. "The EU is committed to working with the incoming Israeli government on a mutually beneficial relationship as well as on the re-launch of the peace process," EU foreign affairs head Federica Mogherini said in a statement, reports AFP. […] In contrast to the EU’s speedy congratulations, US President Barack Obama has yet to comment on Netanyahu’s victory. According to Reuters, US Secretary of State John Kerry reportedly refused to address the Likud victory when asked about the elections by reporters in Lausanne, Switzerland, where he is negotiating a deal on Iran’s nuclear program.

Just for the sake of comparison, here are a few people Obama has called to congratulate in the past….

It’s pretty telling who Obama chooses to align himself with on the world stage, not the leader of the only free democratic government in the Middle East.  No, Obama aligns himself with a who’s-who of the most violent and radical leaders in the world.

Obama is continually proving why he does not deserve the presidency he has.

For the second consecutive year, the Obama administration more often than ever censored government files or outright denied access to them under the U.S. Freedom of Information Act, according to a new analysis of federal data by The Associated Press.

The government took longer to turn over files when it provided any, said more regularly that it couldn’t find documents, and refused a record number of times to turn over files quickly that might be especially newsworthy.

It also acknowledged in nearly 1 in 3 cases that its initial decisions to withhold or censor records were improper under the law — but only when it was challenged.

Its backlog of unanswered requests at year’s end grew remarkably by 55 percent to more than 200,000.

The government’s new figures, published Tuesday, covered all requests to 100 federal agencies during fiscal 2014 under the Freedom of Information law, which is heralded globally as a model for transparent government. They showed that despite disappointments and failed promises by the White House to make meaningful improvements in the way it releases records, the law was more popular than ever. Citizens, journalists, businesses and others made a record 714,231 requests for information. The U.S. spent a record $434 million trying to keep up.

The government responded to 647,142 requests, a 4 percent decrease over the previous year. The government more than ever censored materials it turned over or fully denied access to them, in 250,581 cases or 39 percent of all requests. Sometimes, the government censored only a few words or an employee’s phone number, but other times it completely marked out nearly every paragraph on pages.

On 215,584 other occasions, the government said it couldn’t find records, a person refused to pay for copies or the government determined the request to be unreasonable or improper.

The White House touted its success under its own analysis. It routinely excludes from its assessment instances when it couldn’t find records, a person refused to pay for copies or the request was determined to be improper under the law, and said under this calculation it released all or parts of records in 91 percent of requests — still a record low since President Barack Obama took office using the White House’s own math.

"We actually do have a lot to brag about," White House spokesman Josh Earnest said.

Charles Krauthammer argued it was "rich" for John Kerry to criticize the GOP's Iran letter given his protest activity during the Vietnam War.

First off, John Kerry is a hypocritical slimeball if there ever was one. As Krauthammer points out, he protested the Vietnam war, saying treasonous things about America. Now he has the audacity to try and point his fingers at the Republicans who wrote an open letter about the Iran Nuclear Deal, and declare them treasonous?!

Second of all, I disagree when Krauthammer said this should have stayed in house and been addressed to the president. It should have been addressed to the American people. I am glad the letter went public, for it draws back the White House curtain that Obama tries to hide everything behind. It proves how Obama thinks he can do anything and everything he wants without the Balance of Powers.

Charles Krauthammer argued "it's obvious the administration wants to go to the UN and to cut out the Congress" on Iran.

I think part of the problem with Obama is since he is a post-modern man, he views the UN as a more legitimate political body with Congress. He is a man who doesn’t believe in borders, as proven by our lax border security. He goes around Congress whenever he can, not even trying to make an effort to connect with them. Now the latest catastrophe of trying to push with John Kerry this deal with Iran.

We already know Obama loves the UN. He even wants to turn over the power of the internet to them. As Krauthammer points out, only the UN would find this Iran deal favorable. It would not benefit America in any way.

The White House counsel's office was not aware at the time Hillary Rodham Clinton was secretary of state that she relied solely on personal email and only found out as part of the congressional investigation into the Benghazi attack, according to a person familiar with the matter.

For an administration who prides itself on its people watching capabilities, they sure are unaware of a lot of things.

Texas Attorney General Ken Paxton filed a motion for discovery on Thursday to investigate whether the Obama Administration misrepresented actions taken under President’s executive action.

I am not surprised about the Obama Administration lying to the courts. What would shock me is if they actually told the truth. I hope Texas is able to prove they were lying, because that would be a nice cherry on top to solidify just how opaque this administration truly is.
