Orban hit the nail on the head with this accusation. Soros is everything the left claims the Koch brothers to be and more.
Ever since George was a teenager, he has been willing to sacrifice anything and everything to get what he wants. Open borders comes at the cost of Sharia law–replacing western values and accomplishments–as well as an increase in anti-semitism. During World War 2, even though Soros was Jewish, he ratted out fellow Jews and sent them to the death camps in order to save himself. He has a proven history of being a bastard, and why people allow him to donate to their charities or listen to him is beyond me.
Orban is completely right to call out Soros on his bullshit, and point the finger at the real enemy, rather than a falsified media stories about being intolerant to “refugees.”
And this is what border security looks like when it is done correctly.
"I don't doubt Germany's right to define its moral obligations for itself. They can decide if they accept every refugee or not... (but) that should only be compulsory for them," Orban said.
"We are Hungarians however, we cannot think with German minds. Hungary should have the right to control the impact of a mass migration," he said.
"The Hungarian people don't want this, we ask that the wishes of Hungarians be respected."
The Hungarian Prime Minister is 100% correct in his statement. Germany should not get to decide for the whole EU who has to accept immigrants and how many. But, what Viktor Orban has failed to understand is the overall goal of Germany’s EU.
Switching every country over to the Euro and eliminating the need for a passport to go between the EU nations was just the first step is a long and arduous process to EU’s final goal, which is the EU rules Europe. Completely open borders with the rest of the world is phase two, since it waters down the population of each country, making their citizens have less impact on what comes to pass in those countries.
The immigrant problem is trying to be the catalyst to create this change, but I don’t know if it will be successful since many of the countries are putting up a fight, particularly the former Eastern Bloc. If Hungary and Poland really wanted to stick it the EU, they would leave. Poland would definitely hurt the EU since they have one of the best operating economies currently, and it would send a message to Merkel that not everybody is ready for her ludicrous socialist dystopia.
The story and what you have been shown in the media.
Please notice that it’s the man who grabs his pregnant wife and throws her and her baby on the rail tracks. The policeman jumps to her defense to protect her and the baby from the raging husband.
Note how the media framed it as the poor family who is beaten by evil cops.
B-but the government said they’ll enrich our countries when they stay forever
Ty pi cal.
The sad thing is, it looks like the woman is calling out for her husband at the end of the video, even though he threw her on the train tracks.
I don’t know what Hungary expected from being part of the socialist experiment the EU, but it should have at least seen this coming. Forcing refugees on countries that don’t have the means to care for them and enveloping them into the folds of your country is a typical socialist move to dissuade nationalism and create a dependency on big government.
If Hungary really wants things to change, it should leave the EU. Then they wouldn’t be forced to take on immigrants they don’t want, and they could create their own immigration policy. In addition, they won’t be blindsided when the EU fails due to bailing out failing countries like Greece multiple times and giving unlimited aid to so-called refugees.
