NEW YORK (AP) — John Legend has launched a campaign to end mass incarceration. The Grammy-winning singer announced the multiyear initiative, FREE AMERICA, on Monday. He will visit and perform at a correctional facility on Thursday in Austin, Texas.
Oh yes, it is so terrible we hold people accountable for their actions. No, because that is how life works. Every action has an equal and opposite reaction, and sometimes that action is a punishment like prison. Murderers should not roam the streets free just because you “feel bad” for them.
Could John Legend be any more foolish and naive? Or is George Soros paying him to peddle this bullshit? (In case you didn’t know, Prop 47 he refers to in the article was completely backed by Soros non-profits and donations).
