Twister
- Killian Jones whole life changes the night a tornado touches down with no warning taking his brother, his girlfriend and leaving him severely injured.
- After months of rehabilitation Killian is back at school and quickly changing his major to atmospheric science
- Not wanting his loved ones deaths to be in vain he becomes rather obsessed with wanting to creat a better system for predicting tornadoes.
- A few years later while working on his doctorate he gets the grant money to get his project off the ground, but first he needs to put together a team of storm chasers.
- Emma Swan, a few years younger and still working on her masters, joins the team.
- There is of course, banter, eye rolling, a lot of looks and maybe even some unrequited crushing that maybe isn’t so unrequited, but Killian is very focused on his goal and Emma has a boyfriend.
- The team becomes very close, like a family and Emma is absolutely devastated when she finds out Neal had just been using her to steal killians project idea. Turning his in first Killians project get completely derailed.
- Emma believing this is all her fault abruptly changes schools without a word to anyone running away from her problems and leaving the family she had made behind. She then realizes that she’s pregnant.
- 12 years later Emma is the weather girl at the local news station and her boyfriend just popped the question, it might not be her dream job or her dream guy, but it is a safe, stable life for her son which is what’s important.
- What happens when a very active storm season drops Killian Jones and her old team back into her life??
- Will old feelings come bubbling to the surface? (yes, yes they will probably with some feelings of hurt and abandonment).
- Will Emma realize her happiness matters too and that she can give her son a good life while also living her dream? Will she join the team again?
- Will Killian realize there could be more to his life than work? Will he realize that perhaps there already is? Will he start focusing on those in his life that are here and alive instead of those that are dead and in the past?
- Will the storm season also bring Neal and his team to town? How will everyone react to learning about Henry?
- What will happen??!! Someone should tell me because I honestly don’t know LOL that’s all I got! But there is, of course, a happily ever after for captain swan.
