So I decided to do a comparison just for grins - left is hovering around 162ish 163ish about 2 months ago and right I’m at 157/158. I guess it’s not a huge difference but (1) legs slimmer and (2) my core is shaped differently? I think Strong Curves is helping me look more hourglassy. So yeah, when you’re plateauing do progress pics because it helps you see the small changes (=^・^=)

My butt is getting huge (in a good way) when it was kinda meh before.
I balked at starting out with the beginner bodyweight stuff as he suggests, because at this point I’d consider myself an intermediate lifter. I thought there was no way doing a few compound lifts with only a little accessory work would pay off. But omg! My booty is round, and big. Insert Sir Mix-a-Lot reference here. And I’m still losing weight!
So yeah if you’re a shallow bitch like I am and you’re just here for the aesthetics than Strong Curves A+++ WOULD LIFT AGAIN.
If these are the results at week 4, my ass is gonna be awesome in 9 more weeks. #butts
