My butt is getting huge (in a good way) when it was kinda meh before.
I balked at starting out with the beginner bodyweight stuff as he suggests, because at this point I’d consider myself an intermediate lifter. I thought there was no way doing a few compound lifts with only a little accessory work would pay off. But omg! My booty is round, and big. Insert Sir Mix-a-Lot reference here. And I’m still losing weight!
So yeah if you’re a shallow bitch like I am and you’re just here for the aesthetics than Strong Curves A+++ WOULD LIFT AGAIN.
If these are the results at week 4, my ass is gonna be awesome in 9 more weeks. #butts
