THIS is a mega folder containing literally everything rwby-related that is available right now on roosterteeth (+v9). rwby, fairytales, world of remnant, the grimm campaign, ice queendom (sub and dub), vtubing, all the behind-the-scenes stuff. everything.

plus soundtracks for every volume + IQ, and drm-free epubs.

i will add any additional rwby content released during the wind down period as it becomes available. V1-8 have an english subtitle track embedded in the files, V9 does not because it came from CR. IQ dub has english subtitles. and for the sake of completeness i pulled all the non-english subs available on CR for V1-9 as well, those are in there as loose .ass files for the time being.

whenever possible, buy physical media. learn how to strip drm out of digital content that you own and make it a habit to do so.

i’ve got the official manga anthology in there; if anyone’s got kindle editions of the comics or anything else it’s pretty easy to strip drm and convert to generic formats using calibre. lots of tutorials online but the basic setup is:

and then you can just convert; noDRM works automatically in the background. for comics you’ll get best results converting azw3 to zip, then rename the extension to cbz, then convert from cbz to epub. adjust settings under comic input when converting from cbz as needed, may take a bit of experimenting.

I'm really glad that everyone is trying their best to archive stuff, but there's a huge archival effort already going on that'd probably be more worth your time and money to contribute to. I have ripped a majority of the RWBY content on BluRays already, so you don't need to spend all this money on BluRays that are already getting their prices hiked, and we have most of what you're already looking for. It'd really be best if we were to combine our efforts in the Discord instead of working separately. I highly encourage y'all to check the Discord out; I'm in there under the alias "blake++".
