💨 He usually sticks to his general training if he wants 'exercise' and to clear his head, really. He gave tennis a shot with Eloni before. Cheerleading or acrobatics could be interesting, but he hasn't exactly tried it.
🌊 Tssssccchhh... he doesn't do much. At all. Probably the least active one outta the group. But volleyball's cool. He tried spiking a ball through Eloni's hoop once. Figured out real fast the ball's a bit bigger than the thought.
🌹 He's definitely the most active. He's tried a lot of things but personally enjoys football and soccer the most. If anyone asks him to join in their own things, though, he's usually down.
🍃 Tennis is fun! It's surprisingly competitive. That and badminton! He tried volleyball with Purl once, but, erm... it went badly. As in, he-got-hit-in-the-face-but-Purl-swore-it-was-an-accident-but-he's-still-upset-about-it bad.
💫 He loves to run more than anything, so anything where he can just get up and go! Track, soccer, all that! He'd absolutely be willing to do cheerleading with Rin, but he'd be significantly less "professional" about it.
🖥️ Anything to do with swimming is a given! He's still got his sea legs, after all~ He regularly runs through the training he used to endure when he was still enlisted to keep himself "in tip top shape," though it's really more of a psychological than physical thing. This training includes repeatedly borderline drowning yourself, but he's scarily eager to do so.
His longest time under is around two to three minutes, which is worse than it used to be, but he's not ashamed of it.
If general martial arts can be considered sports, then everyone above is skilled in that in varying degrees as well from the military background.
🔮 Chess. It qualifies as a sport. He will die on this hill. It is a sport. He wouldn't exactly consider much else, anyways. He gets his exercise in... whenever the time arises, but going out of his way to run himself ragged is needlessly exhausting.
Nova is currently extremely intimidated by all of their physical capabilities, given that there was somehow a situation in which Neon was all too ready to demonstrate the fact that any one of them could theoretically carry him like a top-heavy sack of feathers.
