Well, not exactly.
Scott has a fear when it comes to thunderstorms and it makes him uneasy and just unable to actually concentrate on anything else. He's managed to handle it a little over the years. He just freezes up a little if he hears the sound of thunder.
He's never really liked thunderstorms, especially when he was younger.
He's unaware of the other events happening outside soon though.
