[NJPW News] New Japan World is now live! It is indeed New Japan’s answer to the WWE Network right down to the 999 yen monthly price, though that is technically 8.44 US now after the exchange rate. http://njpwworld.com/ ————— As the first major bonus for signing up to their service they will be throwing in a live feed for the upcoming WRESTLE KINGDOM at Tokyo Dome show on January 4, 2015. New Japan has also stated that the following list of shows that will be offered live as part of the service. SCHEDULED LIVE EVENTS… WORLD TAG LEAGUE 12/7 Road to TOKYO DOME, 12/15, 12/19, and 12/20 "Big Pro-Wrestling Festival 2015", 1/3  WRESTLE KINGDOM 9 Pre-Show Special, 1/4 WRESTLE KINGDOM 9 in Tokyo Dome, 1/4 NEW YEAR DASH, 1/5 CMLL FANTASTICA MANIA 2015, 1/18 and 1/19 Road to THE NEW BEGINNING, 1/30 WHAT ELSE?… New Japan World will also be offering a selection of their matches and events the from the last almost 45 years years of their existence on their service. Updates will be coming in regularly it appears as well. Something to note is New Japan looks to have all the Tokyo Dome shows from 1992 to 2004 available on the service. TV Asahi owns all of the rights to New Japan’s video library so all it appears their clipped shows and special will be on the service. Including videos they have released on their youtube channel including “Nakanishi Land” which is a semi-documentary following Manabu Nakanishi over the last year. New Japan has stressed that all video content can be viewed anywhere in the world. I have gotten notes that the service receives American credit cards with no problems, for those wondering. So enjoy. Currently the service is available PC, smart phone, and tablet, as the video service can be used anytime, anywhere.

AXS TV Announces NJPW TV Series Coming in 2015

You can see it in the video at around the 1:35 min mark. It doesn’t state whether it’s PPV shows, NJPW TV, or anything else but this is still pretty big news and it could lead to some interesting issues.
