Thank you so much for the tag @sunlitroom! The pictures with the dancers are so expressive, and it feels like those magic lightning bolts could indeed do their workings ... also I´m left wondering if that one picture is on a ship or the window of a train next to some water I´m out of moods currently it seems, or rather there´s too much of them and I can´t nail one down, but my fingertips always tingle when it gets to tinkering around with pictures, and there is that post ESC void happening currently aaand I´ve watched some star trek ... so somehow heeeere we are ;D  (With Alvan from Eurovision Song Contest 2022 France´s Alvan & Ahez, Ash Tyler from Star Trek Discovery and Narek from Picard, from which I´ve still only seen about 3 eps)

Sooo, I have this new pinterest board and I really kinda like it, somehow I couldn´t quite do it justice here but that´s how it is. And you´ll never guess what this is, it´s a Hufflepuff board!  Cause I do think I´ve finally figured out my house (I guess Newt Scamander was the catalyst), at least on the premise of “it´s about what you value” and that probably got to be kindness first and foremost. Sometimes you need courage to act kind, sometimes the wit to figure out what the kind course of action is is crucial, and looking out after your own gets better when everyone is included in that. I kinda still think I´m all about knowing and understanding stuff and gravitate towards righteousnessTM  but Helga is the only one who got the galaxy brain to recognize sorting children based on some arbitrary characteristics is not the way to go. “Teaching the lot” shouldn´t be read as sifting up the undeserving rest but including and valuing everyone as well as recognizing the merit in all the different kinds of traits. Guess Hufflepuff is the meta house and so it´s mine just that I have´t come across any Hufflepuff Aesthetics that I vibe with, like at all. Slytherins really win that one for me so I tried and went on a hunt for the yellow and black that goes beyond soft sweater stuff.  Maybe I´ll try to throw something better together some time.   Has anyone ever come across or even made an aesthetic or mood board of one of the houses that does things differently and just doesn´t look like most of the ones you see? Link me!

and it´s about a “A self-indulgent mood board” aka. the best kind of moodboards   My pinterest doesn´t really do colour, I was on step away from some other kind of self indulgence and go for a obnoxiously colourful anime moodboard (One Piece keeps sneaking back in my mind and with one piece I mean that one character, the marimo headed one , maybe that´s got me to that moss/greenery wall in the middle .. ) .. but then something else got cooked up, and it has some colour and it´s a stew I guess, there´s kind of different stuff going on but over all I´m actually feeling 1% mood ^^ 

Anyone else want to cook up a mood board or aesthetic collage or whim wall .... ? 

I got tagged by @sunlitroom​ for a  style aesthetic mood board. Thank you! I kind of felt thwarted by two things, which kind of made it difficult to actually go for a style I “love”, there´s always this nagging voice of “I can´t get my hands on anything like that anyway” and the one that says “even if, I just couldn´t pull it off, so what´s the point” (*), sooo I just got two things from my pinterest and started collecting stuff around that and here we are  (*) which is also I guess why mine turned out mostly fabric and not faces, like @sunlitroom​s gorgeous collection 

I got tagged (three ages ago) by @sunlitroom who writes the best meta, some of which I´m looking forward to read since I sneaked into my activity page before and saw some replies  The tag was for a  aesthetic moodboard and I thought HA! I know what to do, last moodboard time I noticed I got two lovely gents with fur collars that I´m dying to run my hands through and decided that I got to do something for the next aesthetic thingie, just I had something totally different in mind, but it now is what it is and it´s okay 

@sunlitroom Thank you for the Tag!   Why can I relate to this so much pms > check (although I might dodge the cramps this month, will see tomorrow, so I cant even complain); complete disdain for the fact that there´s gonna be a New Year > check , a couple other things that have me basically seething > check.  I´ve never been big on anger but I feel like I gotta hold on to it or else it´s gonna be bottomless despair city soooo I´ll mostly ditch the “look” part of this and get something less sophisticated in there

.. although these last two ladies are a mood and gorgeous   and the lines on that coat are just the perfect silhouette..

and it took me ages to do this .. I´m srry for the delay but here we go my pinterest didnt grow much, so I was really drawn to all the same pictures again but I found a couple previously unused in this context

This made me very aware that it is extremely difficult for me to separate whole look, face, hair and make up. I went through a lot of pictures thinking wow this is stunning .. but do I actually like the make up? I guess it makes sense in a way that not every style of make up fits every type of face, so if something looks good both aspects probably go hand in hand but ehhhh we´re trying to be about make up here right ^^ [Edit: put the row left in for some of those.. IDK IDK ] I´m pretty sure I like a bold, classic, not overly thick winged eyeliner but my hooded eyes still foil any attempts to wear one and makeup in relation to my face is pretty boring (I don´t seem to have neither skills or features to pull most things off comfortably) this is probably why I quickly went for a different approach here. I really like makeup when it starts to be about “drawing out of the lines” and is allowed to be messy, I know there is a ton of more mainstream examples of that as well but that above is more like my thing.  I didn´t expect Manson to show up in this, but I quite often love what he does with lines, dots however are more complicated :D (Lately I´m a bit peeved about makeup, as already complained about I can´t nail the “big looks”, cosplay makeup is in a dead phase too and everyday one just feels like a chore to hide blemished skin and get something on the eyes to not look sick bleh.)

Maybe it´s just a different perspective because of age but I do miss the 90s. It seems much more “human friendly” to me, skin was more allowed to, although be pretty, look like skin and it was more like putting makeup on a face while lately it seems to be more about putting on a certain face with makeup ..  .. also LOVE the pic in the middle of the top row

I think BladeII´s Nyssa could bring our boards together ..

And damn apparently I do like pale with visible veins Nomak had such a great design, maybe I should start watching The Strain

The amazing @sunlitroom tagged me to do a style aesthetic moodboard. Thank you!!  Your selection looks amazing, individually and the whole ensemble as well, very elegant but with a relaxed partly cozy flair .. proper but not prim in any way ..  (I also snooped into the conversation and I faintly remember some talk about “shoulder pads, shoulder pads, everyone is about shoulder pads and they are great but let´s not forget sleeve heads, (quick version)” I´m not sure if it an additional one or them as pad alternative (or fusion version) would help but I guess that part is one that should rather fit than be the drapey spot)  Also I can´t believe I´ve been opening up to the idea of high waisted pants lately but there´s stell plenty of lower belly standing in the way of it being more than theoretical open mindedness 

And the tag happened quite a while ago, sry for the delay. I´d blame the long time for me not being able to decide on what to choose but really it´s only my own fault :D. I very much relate to the “ very hard for me to pull off “ and I´d really love to have a whole kind of different wardrobe or rather various ones. Really opulent, fancy stuff with a ton of accessory which I never find myself going for because on a short person it just looks overloaded, good think I also love really clear cut strong firm lines, with a cut and fabric that shapes the body instead of the other way round but if you keep the minimalism with that you need a strong face as well and good hair .. and finding something fitting without a tailor is just a matter of luck ..  so bleh  then again just soft fabric flowing over a frame can be such a great thing too .. and tbh I think a couple of my best looks were a blanket just thrown around me (can we bring capes back please, or ancient roman clothing) aaand I´m so trailing off .. what I always loved in some form or another is a black coat .. and I thought of just collecting some of those for this tag but then I figured that this would make a better general aesthetic and that the selected once didn´t really show off much of the cut :D  sooo I digressed to whats up there .. and I kinda like it .. it is something .. I don´t quite know what exactly but well :D

@sunlitroom tagged me, I think about two weeks ago .. srry .. for a  Moodboard thing. And since I didn´t have a tangible mood, other than a constantish ?meeh? (that´s been already going on my nerves even before the question “what mood will the moodboard have” shed more light on it) I just went through pinterest boards and cobbled something together wich was fun to do thank you =) Also @sunlitroom your moodboard chased the  ?meeh? away for a while, it has something really pleasant, with a strong character but not loud ..  *.*
