You’re not reading that poster wrong - KoHoSo Radio 66 is taking its final bow. Despite everyone’s best hopes, a combination of issues have come to a head at once, and that means Radio 66 is an unfortunate casualty of the current Radionomy farce.
We’ve still got a little bit of time left, although it isn’t much (so tune in now while you can). Sometime this weekend, Radio 66 will fall silent and will come to us via 50,000 jiggly-bites no more. It’s really quite gut-wrenching, but there’s nothing anyone can do about it, certainly not KoHoSo, who has moved heaven and earth to keep the station going this far. The good news is that he’s not going anywhere, but his time with online radio stations has come to a close.
We all loved Radio 66 and its incredible selection of music from 1946 through 1966. It’s not going to be the same without it, but let’s not be sad that the station is leaving us. Let’s be happy we got to enjoy it when we did.
Thanks, KoHoSo. It’s been a swell time.
Almost everything is older than you think.
So much white space.
Bosses everywhere lamented the passing of the old crack to their secretaries about sitting on their laps and taking dictation.
