This cat is sentient and is having their first existencial crisis

Literally every cat I’ve ever owned can pass the mirror test. It’s actually really fun to watch a kitten (or, for that matter, a human baby!) first figure out how a mirror works.

The main difference is that babies tend to become super interested in seeing their own reflection whereas the majority of cats will start ignoring mirrors once they realise it’s just themselves.
