Over analyzing...?

I don’t mean to offend anyone by saying this, I truly don’t, but do some of you think that we’re truly over-analyzing these books? (as in most sarah j maas books) I mean, I like creating conversation and discussion and going into depth but sometimes I feel like we’re analyzing the controversy over Feyre’s sneeze or something like that.

I don’t know. Maybe it’s just me. And some of these conversations are necessary and essential but some I feel are just pulled out of nowhere. You Know what I mean?

If Rowaelin and Feysand met

If Rhysand and Aelin met honestly I think they'd become the closest friends because they are both so powerful and snarky and sarcastic but they've also been through so much trying to protect the people they love. I mean, just imagine them getting drunk together. At first it'd be partying and bickering and they'd tease each other the whole time but later into the night they'd both get sad (cause you know alcohol, it makes you freaking emotional) and they'd both cry and comfort each other in a total non-romantic way cause they both love their mates too much I also think that Rowan and Feyre would become really good friends because I think that we can all agree that out of the four, they're the more serious ones but they're really funny and snarky when they want to be (usually only with their mates or close friends or when they're trying to show off). They're also both extremely powerful strength and magic wise, and they've also both been through so much emotional trauma, with Feyre growing up having to provide for her family after the loss of her mother then everything that happened under the mountain, and Rowan having to cope with the loss of his pregnant mate. I think they'd be each other's person to go to for advice or they'd talk to each other when they're feeling really down but don't really want to talk to their mates. Also they would always be training together because you know Rowan's strong af and he'd teach her so many different techniques from his world and she'd show him all her different powers (Rowan would try to show off at first to try to 'assert his dominance' but then Feyre would take control of his mind and he'd back the fuck down right away). Rowan would secretly adore her paintings and definitely ask her to paint a portrait of him nude as a gift for Aelin for her birthday. Aelin and Feyre would be good friends, but maybe not as close as Aelin is with Rhys. Her and Feyre would go shopping together and Aelin would make Feyre try on the POUFFIEST dresses and most elegant clothes and Feyre would practically beg to leave and go somewhere else like the art district. They'd both attend plays and musicals together and bond over that because they both love art. When they go to see the performance of Aelin's favorite play, by the end of the final song, they'd both be sobbing and ugly crying, both clutching each other and ruining the makeup Aelin put on both of them, and that would bring them closer because Aelin would really respect her appreciation of art (she'd also ask Feyre to paint her nude for a gift for Rowan's birthday). They'd also both bicker constantly about which fae male is more powerful and who has the biggest wingspan 😉 Rhysand and Rowan, when they first meet, would be really wary of each other, and they'd grow increasingly frustrated with each other as they become close with each others mates, and finally they'd have this huge brawl (Aelin and Feyre are off to the side, Aelin doing her nails while they both discuss how annoying fae males are with their dominance brawls). There'd be no winner, only two beat up males who finally shake each other's hand and grin at each other, declaring each other friends. When they hang out, of course, they're either training or partying. They're constantly discussing how wonderful their mates are, all the cute things they do and how gorgeous they are. Every once in a while though, they open up to each other. Not in grand detail, but just enough to know that they've both been through a lot and they both respect each other tremendously. Also, a one time thing, they both check out each others 'wingspans'. Just once. They tell their mates, but they don't announce whose is bigger, just to torture them. All together, they party, they explore each other's worlds, they train altogether and they're constantly laughing (or bickering). Anything else to add?

This song gives me such Rowaelin vibes it’s insane. Especially Heir of Fire and Queen of Shadows... and well really all the books where Rowan is present, so also including Empire of Storms, but really just the music and the rough vocals in this song are so on point and so perfect for Rowan’s character. Give this song a listen because it is SO GOOD and I’m so obsessed with it right now!

A little change...

I was sick all weekend and couldn’t finish Heir of Fire and Queen of Shadows and now Empire of Storms is coming out tomorrow.

I’m in that awkward stage of Heir of Fire where it’s just a tad boring, but everyone says HoF is like on of the best of the series along with QoS so hopefully I can finish them as soon as possible!
