4 Olde Mill Lane - Cottage Living, No CC 🐔

Hey everyone! Here is my first build using the new pack! I liked that the lots have proper street names, so decided to build what I imagined to be a renovated windmill! I had a multi-generational family in mind, so there are two bedrooms upstairs and a bedroom downstairs for the grandparents. Henford-on-Bagley looks amazing in autumn, the trees are so bright and colourful 💖

I promised to upload this house here pretty long time ago. Sorry you had to wait that much if you were waiting for it. I guess now that 0 anount of people will be happy.

It was build in the summer right after the Island Living release from one dollhouse reference.

I used everything before Moschino stuff pack to create this house. You will have to turn bb.moveobjects on before placing.

You have to have your game fully updated to use this house.

#11. SLMOS| Good Witch Cottage

This house is my entry in SIMplisticLiving‘s Shell Challenge. And even if it reminds some of my already existing houses, I’m still satisfied with the result. Maybe because I love creating those fairytale-ish builds with huge garden? And for a build made in just two (well maybe a little bit more) I’m kinda impressed with myself. And with my computer. Love you, sweetie. You’re old but defenitely GOLD.

I kinda used all of EPs, GPs ans SPs in this build. You will have to turn bb.moveobjects on before placing.

Sims 4 - Souvenirs Heureux

I began working on this house something like two months ago, during my first stream, and I have not continued it or started another stream since that. It was fun, but… I don’t know, maybe it’s not really my thing!

Still, I had this unfinished build in my save, so I decided to work on it this week-end, and here is the result. It’s was nice family house, maybe some years ago, but it could use some repairs today!

And now, it’s time to work on some magic builds! I can’t wait to play with Realm of Magic, I hope I won’t be disappointed.

Bright and spacious Victorian family home with three bedrooms, a gorgeous sunroom at the back of the house and a colorful garden overlooking the StrangerVille creek.

To install, download the ZIP file from the link below. Extract the folder and copy its contents (there should be 9 files total) into your My Documents/Electronic Arts/The Sims 4/Tray folder.

Sims 4 - Paradis Flottant

Obviously, I couldn’t test Island Living before I built a nice house for my sims!

At first, I wanted to build an Off the Grid house, but I’m quite disappointed by this feature and its constraints (I will post more about this later!). So this house has power and running water!

I really love the buy/build content of this pack, it works very well with the stuff from Jungle Adventure or Laundry Day. It will be challenging to use most of it outside of Sulani, but I’m sure I can do it!

Info : Residential, 20x30 beach lot, 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom. The original lot on this location is Pier Perfection. There is a problem with the terrain paint, it doesn’t appear when you install the lot.

Playtested as usual, without CC, use bb.moveobjects on before placing the lot.
