FFVI - Terra Branford

FFVI fanart, Terra Branford. Even now, after playing the part many times, I can’t help but get goosebumps when the game starts and her theme start to play while they march towards the mine town Narche planning to use her in order to destroy it. Absolutely fantastic mood that never loses it’s charm. As her inventory art pic and in game sprite had light greenish hair, I always imagined her to have one instead of blond shes sometimes portrayed to have.  I like Yoshitaka Amano’s style and design for her as well, but also the one they ended using in the game. So I merged all of those things together in this portrait.

Terra/Tina from the FFVI game. This was inspired by the opening movie scene where she is wearing the slave crown and is being escorted through gates, and as they open them, a bright light hits her face. I wanted to paint her in the armor she’s shown wearing in the game and having blonde hair this time. This took surprisingly long time to finish, as I tried to get the mood right. Also it’s been some time since I lastly submitted Final fantasy fanart, so I hope you guys like it! Software: Paint Tool SAI, photoshop. Character belogs to Square Enix.

Might I add that I would like to see more FF series! Lol It would be nice😁
