no look at me. it’s about right person wrong time and then meeting that person again and you’ve both grown and matured but they’re torn away from you and they’re lying to you to protect you while you try to claw your way back to them and they finally let you in when you ask them to save your kids, not you, and then they save your life because your kid asked them to and they’re guarding your cell but they can’t see you and you find them again at the end of the world, whistling your song, and you save the world, and you lie down in their arms for the first time in decades, and the two of you finally get to rest.
Luz defeating Belos is one of the most epic scenes I've ever seen, not to mention the Animation.
i love eda. my girl took a random demon home as a pet then realised he was sentient and spent 8 years calling him her roommate before she adopted him. and then she found out he was jesus
Caleb and Luz passing judgment on a dying Belos... As the two other humans who found themselves in the Demon Realm, they loved it; So perhaps it was Philip who was the outlier of humanity, and not them.

And if he shenans once
He’ll shenanigan
YOU KNOW SHIT IS ABOUT TO GET DOWN WHEN THE ANIMATION GETS SO FLUID
first vs last appearances
I’M NEVER SHUTTING UP ABOUT THIS <3
Sad that he's dead, but this scene is I C O NI C!!!!
The way Luz just. Watched Belos die. Didn’t raise a finger to help him as he begged for his life. That shit was ice-cold, as a wonderful juxtaposition to how she simply looked at Philip burn to death. Metal as F U C K .
And Hunter carves palisman and they have a school for wild magic and luz and amity are in love and Raine and Eda are married and king has magic now and he’s gotten so big and and and
