i can’t believe that in some point in time someone basically said ‘oh wow wouldn’t it be cool if we ignored the entire message behind the last eight movies and completely diminished the profound significance of voldemort dying as a mortal man, as tom riddle, and instead had him disintegrating into dandruff and floating away because it’d look kinda cool in 3D’ and other people agreed with them

In other words, I’m so unprepared to deal with the chills and tears that the posts for the 17th anniversary of the Battle of Hogwarts will bring.
