THE CLONE WARS APPRECIATION WEEK | (1/27) favorite dynamic “ When I was out there, alone, all I had was your training and the lessons you taught me. And because of you, I did survive. And not only that– I was able to lead others to survive as well. ” – Wookie Hunt, season 3 episode 22
Should I send a detachment, General?
No, it’s nothing.

Hello there Ash!! <33
There's nothing wrong with a good classic! But I will say this prompt got a little out of hand, and really sad, so I hope it's what you wanted!!

"Hmm, this is not... not how I expected things to go..." Ahsoka trailed off into a violent coughing fit. She looked up when Anakin didn't respond, only to see why. He looked like death, which was fair considering he was potentially right on its doorstep.
She stayed quiet, forgetting about her own injures to watch him for a minute. Where he was leaned against the wall, she could only see so much, but could easily spy the large piece of durasteel protruding from his stomach.
His hand was on his stomach, over the wound, fingers in between the shard. There was blood running down the side of his face, while a patch of his hair was sticky with blood. Ahsoka figured he was concussed based off how dazed he seemed to be. Yet it was almost as if he were meditating.
He almost seemed peaceful.
That scared Ahsoka more. Given their current situation, she didn’t want peaceful. She would much rather he be awake and in pain, and not giving into the quiet.
Not while she was around at least.
wow. this made me cry
“How many times, sirs? You can’t just strip down and workout in the hangar bay. It’s just not practical.”
This is why Rex can’t take them anywhere. They’ll just waltz in somewhere and mess up everyone’s sexualities.
Take pity on us all, please.
I’m considering this part of the Kenobi Tano AU, just cause I need big brother Anakin hanging with his little sister. Obi-Wan’s here because it’s Obi-Wan. Why wouldn’t I draw him?
Lil Skyguy and Snips for your evening :)

“you’re stuck with me, skyguy”
Only Ahsoka, if she had died, could come back as a force ghost to annoy Anakin back to the lightside by sheer will of a younger sister

Too early for talking, Anakin. Drink your caf. ☕️
Unpopular opinion... The healthiest relationship and best friendship Anakin has is with Ahsoka
strongly agree | agree | neutral | disagree | strongly disagree
I.... tentatively agree. I think by design, his relationship with Ahsoka is one of his more healthy relationships because she was explicitly written into the story in large part to help Anakin mature through mentoring her. IMO mentorship goes a LONG way to helping the mentor mature, and I think we saw similar growth within Anakin as he taught her.
Also, their smaller age gap and absence for any need of secrecy puts them on a path of developing a relationship with more equalized power dynamics. I think TCW season 4 and season 5 pre-”Ahsoka goes on the run” consistently show them becoming more and more like equals.
That's not to say Anakin and Ahsoka’s relationship doesn’t have problems or complexities, and Anakin’s own flaws affect his relationship with Ahsoka much like they affect all his other close relationships. Still, I think their friendship was more straightforward and had generally less baggage than, say, his friendship with Obi-Wan, which allowed them to work towards resolving a lot of their conflicts and have a healthier friendship—but only to a certain point.
