I never felt so sorry for a fictional character like I do with Ben. Never has the fate of a fictional character hurt me like that. It worsened my depression for weeks and I cried for days after TROS. "No one wants to see a character die" my ass. "Satisfying/Happy ending" my ass. And then DLF keeps on shitting on him. It feels like I'm personally being attacked for caring about him. They make me feel, I deserve all the shit that happened to me and that I should just die.

You do not and you have to remember that those people don’t get to define who and what you should do with your life and what feelings should be validated. Why should we let jackasses whose ego get hurt over slightest bit of criticism wither define what is or isn’t a satisfying conclusion or ethics?? The fact of the matter is, they are and were so bad that people refuse to validate them with even money, the one thing they really wanted beside social devotion to their product. 

So look at it this way, they tried but society rejected them, so should you be down because some rejected turd said through their cheap imitation of artistry that the only people we should care for are the ones they like and are just darn lucky?? Nope.

To me, i like to look at the silver lining and i have a weirdly small petty happy news to share too. Ben might have been written and treated like garbage by his creators due to a misplaced sense of arrogance and entitlement and bad ethics, but he is still the most loved and talked about and admired part of the sequel trilogy. I was talking about some days ago how some “all sw is great sw” kind of baity insta blogs were fishing for engagements from pro Reyfakewalker/chosen one crowd and then he ended up liking my comment where i said Ben should be the one standing beside Anakin and Luke in the edit not someone who couldn’t kill Palpatine on her own , so she is not technically Chosen One “All the Jedi” are. LMAO
