Blue Elven Dress (https://www.pinterest.com/aufeminin/). It is almost the same color of Thranduil’s mother’s dress she wears in winter--hers is a deeper blue and embroidered in silver. (Queen Nimeithel of Eryn Galen, if you were wondering. Wife of Oropher.)
