When the whumpee’s torso is covered in scars, and they try to hide them from their teammates, but an injury causes them to have to take off their shirt so they can be patched up. Their teammates being shocked by all the scars, but not bringing it up, and just focusing on patching the whumpee up as gently as they can. The whumpee being relieved that their teammates didn't ask, but deciding a couple days later that they want to tell them anyway, and hesitantly explaining to their teammates how they got the scars.
When the whumpee has a lot of scars that they don't want their team seeing, but they end up getting hurt again, and they know they can't deal with it on their own, but asking for help will mean letting someone see the scars. The whumpee deciding to try to deal with it on their own anyway, but having to give up within minutes of starting to patch themself up. Them having to force themself to go to the rest of their team for help, and their teammates making no comments about the scars as they patch the whumpee up. The whumpee falling asleep after their teammates are done, and when they wake up, them asking the rest of their team why none of them commented. Their teammates telling them that they weren't going to ask them questions about something they clearly were uncomfortable with, but if they ever wanted to talk about the scars, they’d listen. The whumpee starting to cry, and thanking them, and their teammates all crowding around for a group hug, trying to comfort them.
When the whumpee normally wears clothing that covers most of their skin, but they end up soaked in a freezing environment, and the caretaker has to take them somewhere warm and dry so they can get them warm. The caretaker having to remove the whumpee’s soaked clothes, and finding that the whumpee has horrible scars that they had no idea about, but not being able to ask the whumpee about them, because they have to get them warm, and them wondering how they got the scars as they wrap the whumpee in blankets.
