"We have a Stark theme, but we did not introduce the Lannister theme until the second season with “The Rains of Castamere."
Cersei promised Elia to show you to us. The day before we were to sail, whilst my mother and your father were closeted together, she and Jaime took us down to your nursery. […] When I commented that you seemed a poor sort of monster, your sister said, ‘He killed my mother’ and twisted your little cock so hard I thought she was like to pull it off. You shrieked, but it was only when your brother Jaime said, ‘Leave him be, you’re hurting him,’ that Cersei let go of you. ’It doesn’t matter’ she told us. ‘Everyone says he’s like to die soon. He shouldn’t even have lived this long.’
why do the Lannisters have such big beds?
because they push two twins together to make a king.

MAN, WTF! I didn’t see this…at all.
Whoa, I do not remember this. I know I watched it, but I have very few memories of what Talisa said when they met OR of Roose Bolton being at Robb's camp. Or maybe I just didn't recognize him as the same guy when he appeared in Harrenhal with Jaime this season.
I didn't draw those connections between Tywin in Harrenhal talking about his spies with Robb and Roose Bolton being one of them, but now his betrayal at the Red Wedding makes more sense. He spied to Tywin, went back to Harrenhal, was there to tell Jaime about Cersei, and was at the Twins in time for the Red Wedding.
And this theory that Talisa would be half-foreign and half Lannister, I get it now! That's an interesting theory, and it also Bolton doesn't stop her when he suspects her, because now that he's already sent his bastard (now I remember Catelyn talking about this!) to Winterfell, he'll just let Robb become distracted by her. A double-blow to Robb's war efforts, right?
I guess now we've worked out she's not a spy, but Roose Bolton is? Since she was killed at the RW too, and if she was a Lannister they wouldn't have, right? Am I picking up the right pieces from this?
The vid says it all but wow, I'm just trying to work all this out. You can't see the annotations in this video, you have to open it in youtube. I'm glad I did because now my mind is blown and wow, SUDDEN CLARITY.
Sorry for sounding dumb to people who knew about this ages ago and paid attention during season 2 like I apparently didn't... I need to go back and re-watch season 2,
