No, here’s the fucking thing. This site isn’t for one group of people. It’s a fucking blogging site. For EVERYONE. You tell people not to be ashamed of what they fucking are, but only of its what you want? That’s pretty fucking disgusting. You do realise how racist and sexist the whole ‘cis white male’ thing is? You’re implying that each individual who happens to be white, happens to be male, and happens to identify with the gender they were assigned at birth are all ignorant, arrogant and seemingly blind to how the world works? Why are you automatically assuming that because certain individuals fall into these categories, that they are not sensitive, caring people perfectly aware of how sexist, racist and homophobic modern day society is? 

When you make fun of or poke hate at people who fall under the category of ‘cis’ you are insulting every single person who identifies with the gender they are assigned at birth.

To be honest, I think cisphobia can almost even be considered transphobia.

Guess what I, as a trans man, want to do?

Transition to become a cis man. I wish I had been born a cis male. God, do I wish every fucking day that I had just been born cis and in the right goddamn body. What’s even worse is that I’ll never be exactly the way I should be, because the technology just isn’t there yet. I’m always going to be stuck in a weird in-between place with the surgeries I’ve decided to have.

So when people say, “I hate cis people,” that’s kind of like saying, “I hate what trans people wish they were. I hate what trans people may someday become. I hate post-op trans people who have successfully transitioned.”

That’s what so many of us are striving to be accepted as. We want to pass as cis. We want people to look at us and say, “Oh, they’re male/female!”

Cisphobes are pissing all over us in an attempt to piss on cis people (who they are also pissing on, don’t get me wrong). Even if this couldn’t be considered a form of transphobia, it’s still disgusting and childish, and it does nothing for us in the long run. Sure, it might feel good to “vent” right now, but what about years from now, when cis people fucking detest us, when we still don’t have our rights, because you little shits don’t know how to “vent” without being assholes? You’re hurting people. You’re threatening to kill people. You advocate genocide, rape, and murder.

Then you mock cis people when they get understandably upset, when they’re hurt by your words. You mock them for being human. You mock them for having emotions. You mock depressed people, suicidal people, even gay men and women, bisexuals, pansexuals.

Not only are you mocking trans people who wish that they could be cis or who have already fully transitioned, you are mocking 99% of the Earth’s population for their gender identities while simultaneously screeching about how trans people shouldn’t be mocked for their gender identities.

It’s fucking bullshit all around, folks! You’re trying so hard to be cruel to the majority that you’ve started being cruel to the minority, as well. Oh, what a tangled, hypocritical web you shitstains on existence weave!

This is probably the last time I’m willing to talk about social justice issues on this site since honestly I am getting tired of it. I thought tumblr had a queer community accepting people of all sexualities/genders. But honestly whenever I try to reach or communicate with the trans or non binary people here on tumblr I just get comforted with bigotry. If no one hates cis people because of their gender identity then how can you excuse this? I know cis people aren’t discriminated for being cisgender in real life and transphobia and hate crimes against trans people is a real serious thing but really? I understand people that are frustrated because they have to deal with cis people that are assholes, but being an asshole has nothing to do with your gender or sexuality. What you are doing is a fucking broad uncalled generalization. 

Why is it so hard not to judge each other for their sexuality/gender?Why do you invalidate someone’s struggles purely because they’re cis? Fucking dare to tell my friends to suck up parental abuse because cishets have nothing to complain about and aren’t allowed to be offended or feel hurt.What would your family feel about you because they are probably cis scum in your eyes? 

You are fighting fire with fire, you aren’t accomplishing anything for trans/queer acceptance. You’re not fighting for rights or understanding of queer people. You’re all just making yourself look like a close-minded ass. To be honest? You failed me, as a trans person to feel comfortable in your queer-friendly safe space. 

This is my general opinion I want to give out to the public. I’m probably going to get hate out of this but this is what had bothered me for so long.

Do we see how generalizing is causing the alienation of a group. Do we understand that this is not going to help anyone. Do we understand that THIS IS NOT HOW YOU GO ABOUT CHANGING THE WORLD FOR THE BETTER.

I’m so fucking sick of seeing hate on this website. I support the lgbt community immensely, but lately all I am seeing on here is attacks on people who identify as cisgender, like sorry that I am a girl with a girl body and a girl brain, but that does not give anyone the right to hate me for the way I identify with myself. All of these anti-cishet posts and tags and blogs are causing so much harm. Harm to people and harm to the fight for equality. No hate is going to help anyone or anything. I am a cisgender heterosexual female and I support the lgbt community. I do not support hate of any kind. It needs to stop.
