well wait a sec, if you think it’s probably a hysterical pregnancy then i don’t think you need to be worrying so much, so tell yourself “okay, calm down, i’m probably not really pregnant”. how are you sympathizing with her? what “symptoms” do you have? i’m not a doctor or a psychologist so idk what you should do but probably help your sister in law and then if this goes on tell her about it. she’ll probably figure out how to talk to you in a way that makes sense because i sure don’t.

idk what to tell you, but if logically you know it’s probably not an actual pregnancy, then test to make sure and then just tell yourself that you’re projecting your sympathies for your sister in law onto yourself and it’s not real…?
