In regards to First Nations People

I am lighting a candle and doing a small ancestral ritual tomorrow in solidarity for Native tribes in the US. It’s my way of paying respects to those who have died and were oppressed during the European settlement of the United States. And for those who are still affected to this day. If you have the time I ask you to do the same and to share the stories that Native Americans are voicing. For a people who were killed, raped and oppressed in the thousands. For a people who could not practise the religion of their people in the open until 1978. Where 4000 Cherokee people were killed on the trail of tears. As someone who has an earth practise. I want to stand in solidarity with the first nations people of America. And ask for their forgiveness of my ancestors in an effort to do better on their behalf. I also ask that any of my native followers reblog this and share their stories.
