There’s a theory that the Link in Majora’s Mask actually died at the very beginning of the game when he falls down that dark hole. (Video) In that theory, this photo is very likely in reference to the Hero’s Shade who is the spirit of the Hero of Time, as confirmed in the Hyrule Hystoria. Hero’s Shade is also a left handed swordsman just like Link is, and most of the songs he uses in his wolf form are from Majora’s Mask and OoT. So yes, the grave is indeed (in theory) Link.
