I'm not sure why, probably some legal issue, but here in Volta Redonda there's this small street with around 20 houses literally inside this gigantic steel mill the city was built around. It is accessible only by a footbridge that goes over the steel mill train tracks. You can't even see the houses from the outside, many people who lived in the city their whole lives have no idea this place exists.
