It was late in 43 AC when Maegor was finally forced to leave Oldtown. While he was absent, Aegon and Rhaena had raced boldly across Westeros to sneak into King’s Landing with the help of a handful of followers and a few traitors in Maegor’s own court. Their aim was not to seize control of King’s Landing; it was dragons they were after. Rhaena was reunited with her beloved Dreamfyre, while Aegon finally laid claim to his late father’s dragon, Quicksilver. Then they flew back to the west and the riverlands to raise an army.

Late for Targaryen Thursday, but here’s my contribution for the second week! Aenys I and Alyssa with their children, Aegon, Jaehaerys, Viserys, Alysanne and Rhaena!
