Interesting blurb there on TV Guide (in response to a viewer question) and I thought the Oliver/Felicity inclusion was very interesting. Skimmed through the comments and agreed with the one. It does feel like Arrow is leaving lots of room to play that “love each other but (potentially) not IN love with each other” card for Oliver and his ex. Interesting. Not surprising. But interesting.
