Diggle, we need to have a talk about what “having each other’s backs” means.

Because when Felicity came to you - BEGGING you to help her help Oliver, help find Diaz - you told her to let Oliver go.  You turned your back on her.

That’s not having each other’s backs!

This needs to be addressed because that was not okay.  And you need to tell them you are working with Diaz.  

Only then will I be able to believe what you just said in that room with Oliver, Diggle.

“There is no team arrow.” - Oliver

“But there is! Oliver, there is!  It’s just changed.  We may not have been Team Arrow when you were in Slabside, but we had each other’s backs.” - John   (We’ll talk about this later, Diggle.)

“We have fights...but it doesn’t matter because WE ARE A TEAM and nothing’s going to change that.” - Diggle
