rewatching Tmnt 2012 again. I just remembered how much I love how the animators animate Mikey
I used to pause this show a lot just to look into details. Mikey's movements are always all over the place and my hyperactive brain really likes looking at it lmao
If your parents are called Mary and John your life is gonna suck i.e. Dick Grayson, Dean Winchester, Sam Winchester
Reblog this post to ask mutuals to tell you their weirdest theory about u
re: your last post, i hate it when there's a headcanon or fic that people say "the fandom accepts as canon" now bc um no tf i don't!! there's so many like that in the DC fandom, and as your post mentioned it happens a lot in HP fandom too :/ for me i hate how ppl expect you to treat sirius/remus as canon just bc it's a super popular fanon ship (personally i always thought james/sirius/lily were kind of a triad before jily's deaths lol)
Can I be honest and say I never cared about Harry's parents at any point beyond how they served Harry's story. Or with Sirius and Remus, I loved their characters, but I didn't care about who they were as teens or anything like that. I can see why people would be interested in exploring that, and that's fine. But yeeeah when people start saying so-and-so fanfic concept is canon, it's like... well no.
Someone on TikTok talked about their fav HP fact, and when someone in the comments was like, “What part of canon is this from?” the OP was like, “Oh I saw it in fanfics. It’s a fanfic fact.”
Okay?? So explicitly mention that next time instead of pretending like fanfic is canon?? Or just say what your favorite fanfic moment is??
I just saw the craziest crack ship edit and I'm losing it.
Hello, I hope you're having a good day today. I was wondering since I see this all the time, is Tim truly Bruce's best Robin? I see people always say that Tim is the best at being Robin, but I don't personally agree with that, what do you think? Though, I guess this could just be a matter of favoritism as well, and I'm kind of biased since Dick is my favorite
I don't know how best Robin would even be ranked. The best Robin listens to Bruce the most? The best Robin does the most flips? The best Robin gets uninjured the most? Like what are we even judging, y'know? And even if we did try to judge on such metrics, we'd all have different opinions about which traits or actions would be higher ranking than others. Plus, there would be overlap between all the Robins in many areas.
Being Robin isn't even the result of some ranked competition. You don't see Bruce setting up a course for a group of kids being like, "Whoever finishes first gets to be Robin." Like nah, that's not how Robin works.
Roy Harper is the biggest Titans stan you’ll meet I don’t make the rules
Dick being on a stage and getting pitied by the people who saw his parents die vs. Dick being on a stage and getting pitied by everyone around the world who watched him get unmasked by the Crime Syndicate.
Something something something about the horror of performance.
"But I want the Titans to keep growing and getting better."
The Titans #45
I go a little insane whenever I remember that Dick said, "But I want the Titans to keep growing and getting better because... well, I feel better with you people than with anyone else."
Red Hulk just feels like the red gyarados in Pokémon.
what could possibly summarize sam winchester better than him sitting in the impala sassing the king of hell while gesturing with a knife and doing research on how to save his brother?
