It’s not said enough but Hui is literally one of the best vocalists of this generation. And I’m not talking K-Pop generations like Gen 3 or Gen 4, I’m taking like this century, worldwide, with all the people on this goddam rock of a planet. Hui is one of the best.

Music is subjective.
Some people may believe strongly on one opinion while another person disagrees. And that’s fine.
Kpop is no different.
But to me, there is no denying that Pentagon’s Hui and Jinho and Seventeen’s DK and Seungkwan- while very different sounds are some of kpop’s strongest main vocals in the genre.
Like I’m sitting here listening to Dr.Bebe by Pentagon and all I can think of is that alive there is no group (maybe possibly ATEEZ) that could cover the song and give it the same powerful vocals that Hui and Jinho give in it.
