this report is sending me into a spiral again. what is your star player without the guy making league minimum who will take and inflict hits for him? while fans are loudly and proudly devoted to their new young favorite player, how does he ensure the guy protecting him feels equally appreciated and devoted-to?

both cannot do their job without the other, but only one is widely celebrated for the job they do, so it falls to the player being protected to pay his protector back
