Yesterday was a good day.
Just got back from letting the mares out for about 10 minutes. They haven't been out since Wednesday except for short stents in the area. I don't think they will be back on full turn out until Monday again.
Wake up at the ass crack of dawn.
Slip on a pair of beat up old boots
Get in the truck and drive
Hop out at the barn and take a deep breath
Let it out slowly
You are alive
This is what you live for
Not everybody gets to experience this
I look horrible (I'm working on it) but we visited the local nursing home that is on lock down. I wish y'all could have seen them smile.
Pics arnt mine!
Girl that is at the barn that I board at wants to breed number 2 (pally, unknown breeding) to number 1 (Friesian stud) to hopefully get number 3 (baby).
My problem is she never rides! Ever. When she does she lets the horse walk all over her. On the ground she let’s the horse walk all over her. The mare is only 5 and she’s so lazy and pushie. She does not need a baby. Ugh… Horse people.
Hey guys!! Add me on snapchat for more of Mandy and our misadventures.
Honestly Craving...
-A guy that will text me in the morning and at night -someone to settle me down -someone to laugh with -someone to miss me -someone who will love my horse as much as I do -someone who wants to own a nice piece of land, with a farm house, a couple barns, a dog, some horses and maybe some cows -someone who would fight for me -someone who won't let go -someone who cares -someone who understands
Foggy mornings at the barn.
It's when you realise
That it doesn't matter how many times you go to the doctor or the chiropractor or how much money you spend on acupuncture and massages, your always going to have the random aches and pains and cracking and poping and the stiffness and you know at that point it's too late to back out because it's an addiction.
