Today is Pokemon Day! ✨ On this day in 1996, the first Pokemon video games were released in Japan. ⚡️ Here’s my little tribute illustration in watercolor and ink. Featuring the original game protagonist Red with the first generation starters; Charmander, Squirtle, Bulbasaur - and a Pikachu for fun.
Hard enamel weedy Venusaur pins are here! 🌳 Just waiting for the stickers to be printed up sometime in the next week or two, and then they’ll be available! ✅ Note: some KEY DIFFERENCES between these and the previous soft enamel pins follow. • Larger size! • Black nickel metal instead of black-coated. • Colors are slightly different! • They’re hard enamel, and therefore a little more durable to wear and tear. 🌱
I received this sneak peek from my manufacturer (dankpinco) today of the new hard enamel Venusour Diesel pins, and AM LOSING MY MIND. 😍💚
Venusour Diesel enamel pins have sold out of my Etsy shop! The only place you can get them now (for the time being) is at PDXchange & PinkyPDX here in Portland, Oregon. 💚👋 They are still available in pinback button form however at Etsy.com/Shop/HiddenStashArt ✌️
Tokémon pinback button set // available on Etsy
My Tokémon stickers have been sold-out for awhile now, but I’m considering releasing a limited pack of pinback buttons featuring my stoner Pokémon designs. 💨 What do you think?
There are only FIVE of these Venusour Diesel pins left in my Etsy shop! 🍃 (Etsy.com/shop/hiddenstashart) if you want to snag one. Not sure when I’ll have a chance to restock them - so once these and the ones at PDXChange & PinkyPDX are gone, they may be gone for a while (or forever)!
Tomorrow, February 27th is the 23rd anniversary of the very first Pokemon video games! 🔥🌿 Here’s a little work-in-progress shot of something I’m working on in honor of the date.
