A tiny scene under a big sky. I love how the fields around this time of year help to simplify a scene. www.hiadammarshall.com www.instagram.com/stereocolours
Adam Marshall - Happy World Photography Day
Happy World Photography Day! Whether you're new to photography or have been shooting all your life, there's something magical about the art of capturing light particles and sharing a frozen piece of time with the world in a way which means something.
Here's a composite of yesterday's full moon rise.
So now that i've gone through the majority of my Wales pictures and i'm back home in Cambridgeshire, i'm sorely missing the views and opportunities that such a varied landscape offers to a photographer like myself.
I find that part of being an artist is problem solving; making the most of your situation, exploring your limitations and developing in ways which you can.
I wouldn't say that I live in the most naturally photogenic areas of the UK. When it comes to finding new places to shoot and enjoying the art of creating, sometimes i like to look to seasons for my inspiration. Shooting locally, there are only a few things which change throughout the year, and in knowing where you like to explore and what that offers at different times of the year is very important.
It's times like this that i struggle a lot to shoot new things and share new pieces, but that progression and challenge is what draws me to learning photography and exploring what is possible with limitations.
Hopefully over the next few weeks i can manage to get out a little more with my camera and find some new pieces to shoot and share.
