I just realized the Ben 10 and Spider-man logic are kinda opposites

Really interesting, especially when you look at the alternate versions of each character. There are many different people who take the mantle of Spider-Man, but most “Ben 10s” are Ben, excluding the odd Gwen or Ken, who are still Tennysons.
Ben 10 au where Rick Sanchez is Ben’s maternal grandfather and he suddenly comes back into Ben’s life when he’s like 15 or 16 and now Ben has to juggle plumber work and Rick adventures, all the while hiding the fact that the most dangerous man in the universe is his grandpa from the government agency he’s involved with, which includes his other grandpa
It’s occupying my mind
Just imagine Ben going on this super elaborate mission with the plumbers to stop a dangerous intergalactic smuggling ring and then the next day Rick takes him to said smuggling ring to buy ice cream
I’m crying, this idea is legitimately the funniest thing.
Ben’s the hero of the universe in one part of his life and the grandson of a galactic terrorist in the other, so how others view him is completely dependent on whatever part of the galaxy he’s in.
On one planet he’s considered the savior of the universe but on the other he’s the crazy scientist’s grandson who you do NOT fuck with or the scientist will destroy your world, literally.

Me, thinking of a crossover with Ben 10 and a Spider-Man Ben 10 Au where Ben’s parents died when he was five so he was adopted by his aunt(may) and uncle(ben) on his mothers side who had the last name parker and resulted in Ben going by his middle name Peter because having two Ben’s in the house would be confusing:

Thinkin bout a Ben 10 spiderman au and am surprised it hasn’t been written about more than it is, it’s seems like an interesting concept; Ben gets Spider-Man’s powers instead of the omnitrix. Idk, seems cool to me tho
