Not a vent just rambling
I love-hate working especially when I’m in ✨pressure mode✨ with a coworker around.
My little people pleaser self said “hey it would be so totally cool if we let my 57 yr old coworker go home before me because our coworkers are late. She will like me better.”
We were 20 god damn minutes late :/ bec our boss got woken up by our coworker who was running late. They were both scheduled for 6am, i didn’t get out of there until 6:20…
I got a dad lecture, not one where he is scolding me, he was just irritated at the situation like me. Anyways he’s telling me that I need to suck it up and get lyft on my phone. Which I hate because I don’t like being in cars I’ve never been in before, adding strangers into the mix and that’s a hot no for me. Luckily I can walk home. Just have to feel the judgement of people and cars I pass, much better than being in a (potential) weirdos car. :]
