I really like the real plants I got, I stopped trusting ‘silk’ ones after they tore pixel’s fins 🌿
Bitty has seemed to find his go to resting spot on these leaves 🌱
I keep forgetting that he’s not used to me, like how Pixel was. We’re just trying to get into the swing of things 🖤👾
I kind of want to start making a bunch of care sheets and stuff to work on graphic design skills... I don’t know where to start though
Any Canadian followers out there who have suggestions for silk plants ??
Amazon seems to be hit or miss, and Big Als doesn’t seem to have a good selection...
Tomorrow would have been one year with Pixel.
This morning when I woke up, he was dead in his tank. I haven’t been updating this blog in a long time because of school and work and life.
Just wanted to let you guys know.
I do not know if I will get a new fish in the future quite yet, but it’s been amazing to have him in my life for the last year. I’ve learnt so much.
Thanks to everyone who followed his life with me.
Do you ever just catch your fish taking a poop?
Like nothing prepared me for that.
I go over to babe my little chats with him in which I do all the chatting, and he just wiggles and flares.
I can’t believe it took me so long to actually catch him in the act, but I did. I went over to talk to him like I always do before I get changed. I’ve had him for almost 7 months and I’ve only caught him a few times but I always feel an extreme need to look away and offer him privacy.

I saw someone selling a whole betta kit, with 2 10 gallon tanks, 2 crowntails, and like everything you need to take care of them. It warmed my heart, and I feel so tempted but as someone who goes back home twice a year,...
I also live in a tiny apartment, with limited space for 2 more 10 gallon tanks...
But what if I moved my small dresser, and got a rack, and....
It’s so nice seeing other people taking care of their bettas... :)

Hello Pixel I am in love with your perfect face
Happy 5 Months baby boy!!! 💙💙 The last two months have been hard on both of us, as we both got sick, but we’re both on the mend. Thanks for being patient, we’ve gotten quite a few new followers since we took a break to get better. We should be back soon, as soon as I catch up in classes.
