So I’m working on my thesis, and I’m visually exploring animal welfare issues in my paintings. Currently I’m focusing on outdoor cats, and fish bowls.

What are some other animal welfare issues I should consider exploring in my work??

I frigging love my son. He has so much personality and way more fiest in him.

How many times can I see his tails and worry they got caught on something just cause their translucent on the edges? It may be unlimited.

I really like the real plants I got, I stopped trusting ‘silk’ ones after they tore pixel’s fins 🌿

Bitty has seemed to find his go to resting spot on these leaves 🌱

I keep forgetting that he’s not used to me, like how Pixel was. We’re just trying to get into the swing of things 🖤👾

This morning when I woke up, he was dead in his tank. I haven’t been updating this blog in a long time because of school and work and life.

Just wanted to let you guys know.

I do not know if I will get a new fish in the future quite yet, but it’s been amazing to have him in my life for the last year. I’ve learnt so much.
