Evening folks just started getting into the anime series RWBY and I just couldn’t help but notice the similarities between Belle The Tinkerer from the Sonic IDW comics and Penny Polendina. So I just couldn’t resist!!

Beyblade: By Hero Central: 22/2/2021:

Heres something I haven't thought of for a long time. Beyblade one of my favourite anime’s from my childhood besides Medabots. My favourite was always Dragoon, I even had some blades when I was little sadly some of them were lost to the ashes of time. I nearly broke my neck trying to find out if I still had some.

Not to mention these days the classic blades are hard to come by.

So I started binge watching the classic series from the first to V-Force and its brought back a lot of memories. So I decided to see if I could draw a Beyblade. And well the results speak for themselves.

This recent illustration piece came about when I was browsing through my old journal sketch dumps and noticed a small pro marker illustration I did of someone waiting by a bus stop in the rain, so I decided to make a digital version of it using Procreate and even went as far as making it into a short Gif

Decided to do something I haven't looked at in a while painting from a photo, but this time using Procreate to see what difference it would make from Photoshop. I do like the end result and decided to add a wolf character to it for the Background art side of things.

Lights of the Forest: 8/4/2020: By Hero Central:

This latest artwork for my Visual Development art portfolio project for university is based off a small story idea I had back in College.

The story being in a world of fantasy and magic the balance between dark and light has been unbalanced for years, however a young girl discovers the essence of light (the crystal round her neck) which was thought to have been lost years ago after the conflict between the Brother of shadows and the Sister of Light who was sadly destroyed. Now the young girl and her companions travels to the realm of Equinox to restore the essence of light to the world and prevent the Brother of Shadow from taking everything in darkness and shadows.

This is a concept idea for a scene where the girl and her two companions a lone lake man and a firefox travel through the forrest towards the Equis valley.Then as dusk approaches the fireflies emerge from the light of the crystal.

I welcome feedback and advice.

Recently downloaded the manga brushes presets for Photoshop and had them added to Procreate, so I decided to play around with them using some manga books I own as a reference for the shading and colours.
