But she had to keep going. She had to get the cure back. She had to do this. Not for herself, but for Leliana. That woman had lost enough. She would not allow the Taint to take her away as well. It hadn’t managed to kill her at the Joining, and she wasn’t going to let it win now. Not when she’d fought and sacrificed so much to keep it at bay. She knew it was madness to fight this. She knew she couldn’t fight the inevitable for much longer, but she could damn well try.
