When Sirius Black arrives at Hogwarts, he lives seven of his happiest years surrounded by warmth and sunshine. He thaws, jokes and teases and loves, relishing his companions’ summertime happiness and springtime joy.

And when Sirius Black dies, it is in the balmy breezes of June, surrounded by comrades and true family. These are the friends he found for himself, the army he joined and believed in and fought for. When he falls, he falls with a smile on his face, not a tear in sight, laughing and loving and warm till the last.
