What are your headcanons for the human!tmnt ethnicities (and which versions)?

For example: i think 2012 would be japanese because Splinter is japanese

Asking because im making human designs for all the verses

Does anybody know of any bayverse and 2012 crossovers????? Only found 1 on ao3 (its turtlecest) and i cant figure out how to search specifically on ffnet

Its driving me insane does anyone know what the kanji on the bayverse turtles says?!?!! Its on their shells, their tats, and masks

Hmmmm its between Raph and Donnie. Raph got a lot of time and it was great but Donnie was real sweet in the few moments we got with him.

I think its Donnie. Once again taking top spot as my fav turtle, undefeated for 3 iterations now

Alright just saw the second bayverse movie again! The more u learn about tmnt just the better all their stuff gets. Krang just Han Solo-ed Shredder and took him back to his dimension and that was completely on point for tmnt. Not only did Donnie jump off a plane with no shoot Leo and Mikey did too (at least Mikey had his hover skateboard but Leo really went "if Donnie jumped off a cliff i would too"). It was great seeing the Don and Leo vs Raph and Mikey team ups. Krang was funny. Bebop and Rocksteady were perfect. Outside of Casey's dream job goal i thought he was overall pretty good CJ (had a bit to much self preservation tho lol). Splinter once again the best rat dad ever. April out there doing her thing with and without the turtles, which is a tad annoying bc it meant she was split up from them for all but 3? 4? scenes.

The only things i truly didnt like was how abrupt the Krang n Shredder team up was (what even is Krang's history with earth?) and that Raph smashed the ooze. Like at what point in time did all four of them come to the conclusion they want to stay turtles? Was there a plane scene that got cut?

Just watched tmnt2014 for the first time in 9 years, and it was such a good movie. The first time around seeing any "reboot" ur always very critical, but this time i was able to sit back and just enjoy the dynamics between characters and all the references. These turtles felt like teenagers, you can feel April's big heart and Splinter's love for his children. It was fast paced and kept moving. Karai's face held so much emotion despite having like 3 lines which actually makes me think theres supposed to be a lot going on internally with her that we the audience didnt get to explore. I thought Shredder was great from his tech to his speech. I hated Vern the first time around and i loved him this time. My fav fight scene was the mountain car chase/avalanche. Just ahhhhhhh

Gotta watch the sequel before i pick a fav turtle for this universe, but it was so good. I know this April isnt that popular but i actually really liked her. Wish the tag and the fic had more stuff based solely on scenes that happened during the movie(s) so i could reblog some gifs

Okay new topic of discussion: if 2018 were flung into the tmnt multiverse and all ended up in a different verse, who do you want to end up where??

tmnt crossover but into the spiderverse style. they're on the clock because they physically cant stay in the universe they've all been called to. painful glitches and every thing. either its the whole gang or just one turtle (ex. Mikey) that gets pulled in. Mirage takes the place of Noir for obvious reasons. 87 or 18 could be Porker because cartoon logic? Feel like either late season 03 or late season 12 could work as Peter B (its the tired vibes).

Every time i watch a vine comp for tmnt i laugh at the thought of other versions of tmnt watching this as like their only introduction before meeting those alternate turtles

Granted, only 2012, bayverse, and riseverse are set late enough in the timeline to have witnessed vine in its hayday but its still funny

Does anybody know of a list of differences on all the versions of TMNT turtles? Like wikipedia tells me Rise!Donnie is smart but no where does it say "would not hesitate to fight God in a parking lot" and tbh that tells me way more about his personality than "is the smartest of the brothers"

If you could mix-and-match one Leo, Raph, Donnie, and Mikey from the whole multiverse to put on a team together, who would you pick?

You can throw in Splinter or April or whoever you want also

It doesnt have to just be your favs you can tell me which 4pack would be the funniest to watch interact or tell me which ones you think would make the best fighting team or cooking team etc

CLARIFICATION: Im talking you select them and drop them in a room together. These arent the brothers they grew up with (unless they're from the same verse), im not asking you to conduct a whole au no need to overthink it

Im spitting out tmnt crossover ideas left and right and i aint stopping now. I would love to trap all the Casey Jones in a large room. I wanna know what theyd do. I wanna see how theyd interact. Do they try to escape together or individually? Is there some weird whos alpha-Casey fight going on? Do they all just gang up on cop!Casey instead of trying to get out? Do they bust out of the building and just walk around NYC all night until that universe's turtle team finds them? How does that interaction go? Do they all grab pizza together and that one Casey who never takes his mask off manages to somehow eat the pizza with it on? How many Caseys are there because if theres enough they could have a hockey game.

Im genuinely interested in how these interactions would go down (im only familiar with two Caseys so i dont know) so if u have a idea/headcanon drop it in the tags
