So Tom met Sonic by shooting him with a bear tranquilizer, Sonic met Knuckles by being punched through a wall and then strangled, and Sonic and Knuckles met Tails when Tails ran over Knuckles in a police car.

Had a dream last night (that dont make sense without dream logic but it was still funny so imma tell you) where the scu boys got thrown into another universe and captured and detained by that universe's version of Sonic + Co. So the boys are all tied to wooden kitchen chairs and whisper yelling at each other. They've all been given some type of truth serum and Knuckles keeps going "Sonic dont you dare! Dont even think about it!" while Sonic's mouth is running a mile a minute, and he keeps tripping over himself like "and then theres the time ran into a glass door- CAN SOMEONE PLEASE GAG ME". Someone comes up to them (sometimes it was Amy or Shadow or other Sonic (dream logic it kept changing)), puts their hands on Sonic's chair arms and leans over Sonic to very seriously ask him a question (trying to imitating and all that) and this tween version of Sonic hesitates before saying "has anyone told you you have beautiful eyes?". The interrogator is surprised and freezes bc what the heck?, scu Knuckles is banging his head against the back of his chair yelling "Sonic! I just told you not to do this!" at Sonic, Sonic is yelling back "i flirt when im nervous! I cant help it! You know this!", and scu Tails just says in the most done voice ever "please gag him"
Please oh please let the end credits of the next movie be listed as something like "Sonic Wachowski" "Tails/Miles Wachowski" and "Knuckles Wachowski"
We love to talk about how Knuckles knows nothing of specific earth things, but it would flip so fast the second Sonic steps off earth again
Sonic has been on earth since he was four, and before that was living in isolation with Longclaw. Tails at least grew up on Mobius and Knuckles has spent a significant amount of time traveling
Things go from "no Knuckles its a joke" to "Sonic dont eat that!" real quick

Love it when in crossovers ppl find out that the boys are brothers and are pretty close they all assume they grew up together, but the reality is Sonic hasnt even lived with Tom and Maddie for a year yet and Tails and Knuckles have only been members of the family for two months
Especially when they already care for each other so much like heres examples i wish to one day draw or write myself
- Sonic being so happy to see Tails again/being so proud of Tails that he pulls Tails into a hug before giving him several kisses on the head between his ears while Tails giggles, all in front of versions of themselves where they arent super affectionate/touchy with each other over something fairly small like this
- Sonic and Tails baiting someone into saying the wrong thing or trying to throw a punch just for Knuckles to appear out of nowhere to catch said punch, and Sonic and Tails giving the person shit eating grins from over Knuckles' shoulder before purposefully making the situation worse
- Tails coming up to Knuckles or Sonic to sleepily leaning on him and he either tucks Tails under his arm or picks Tails up and puts Tails on his hip like Tails is a toddler
- Knuckles grabbing the back of a currently freaking out Sonic to pull Sonic's face in close to his so he can talk Sonic down. And in in the midst of the lightning show theyre screaming random things at the same time 
I CANT BELIVE I FORGOT:
- Knuckles having tucked each brother under a arm in a side hug while reassuring them with complete confidence that they will get home, both because he truly believes it and refuses to think of a alternative where they dont but also because his little brothers are scared and he has to step up as the big brother. Sonic has tears in his eyes because its happening all over again and his hands are curled in Knuckles' fur and his face buried in Knuckles' shoulder, and he's so scared (def in the top 5 most scariest moments of his life) he's showing it which throws off the characters who arent used to Sonic showing fear or searching for comfort as well as seeing a Knuckles who would comfort him like this. And Tails looks up at Knuckles who he has his arms around and Sonic and says he's happy that at least they're all together, and they can get through anything if they do it together. And Sonic says "i love you guys. i love you" and Tails reaches across Knuckles to hold onto Sonic's arm while Knuckles pulls both of them closer to him, moving to squeeze Tails into his chest and to hold the back of Sonic's head as Sonic hides his face in Knuckles' shoulder. "We love you" "i love you too".

Crossover with Boom where boom!Sonic is like "whats the light show all about" and boom!Tails just goes "other Sonic and Knuckles are fighting" and the camera pans to the fight 2 miles away where they've completely wrecked the whole area and are full creepy alien eyes glowing and lightning arms pummeling each other into the ground. I love looking at gifs from the sonic movies. They put so much expression into the facial expressions and body language of Sonic and Tails and Knuckles. And gifs allow you to see the same scene repeatedly while watching a different character each time
Like here: knuckles' face, sonic's face switches from happy to serious, tails backs up to make room for sonic and looks down in concern when sonic hits the truck bed before tails steps back up in excitement
Or here: knuckles' body language getting more and more aggressive (and the way the sand sticks to him) and the way his face reacts to the second sand ball

At everyone who wants to see movie knuckles in a cowboy hat
- We already got sonic in a cowboy hat when he was in "disguise", so maybe theyll do that again
- I just think itd be adorable and in character if the movie opened up on the boys pretending to be cowboys from the wild west. The easter eggs are knuckles in a cowboy hat and sonic with a bandana on his neck
Random family backstory headcanons for the movie-verse
- "Knuckles" is Knuckles' surname (lastname)
- Knuckles says "my tribe, the Echidna", which pretty much states that was the name of his tribe. In other universes it states that Knuckles' is his clan name or his tribe's name. So my headcanon is that "Knuckles" is his clan name (family lastname) and "the Echidna" is another identifying name. So his real name is "[firstname] Knuckles of the Echidna" (which many people shorten to "Knuckles the Echidna")
- Knuckles goes by his surname both to carry on his clan and because in his birth culture introducing yourself to strangers by your firstname is a big no-no (you gotta earn that right/its reserved for family use only)
- The kids back home convinced Tails his parents "didnt want him" and "gave him up" because of his two tails. The truth is they loved him very much but something happened (death, went missing, etc) that prevented both of them being present in Tails' life
- When Tails decides to take the Wachowski name he drops Prower from his (believing his parents didnt love him didnt give him a strong attachment to the family name). He becomes "Miles 'Tails' Wachowski"
- Knuckles is proud to be a Wachowski and gladly tacks it onto his name
- Sonic never had a last name. He gave himself the name "the Hedgehog" after watching a lot of cartoons where the character was named after the animal they were (ex. Donald Duck)
- (He decided "Sonic the Hedgehog" sounded better than "Sonic Hedgehog" or "Sonic the alien")
- Sonic happily becomes "Sonic Wachowski" but some people still get confused and call him "Sonic Wachowski the Hedgehog"
- Tom and Maddie offered their lastname to Sonic (and he took it) well before movie 2
- Sonic was not born. He has no biological parents. He was made by magic or science or something else, and that is the reason he has powers
- Its canon that Pachacamac was one of the Echidnas in the flashback. So headcanon that Knuckles and Tikal were cousins (and they were so cute together. Knuckles used to follow her around like she was his big sister)
- Not so cute headcanon that Longclaw did kill all the warriors that went after her, but this is how it happened: she took down and/or killed several of them, the rest managed to kill her, and then they limped home where Knuckles watched the rest of them die from fatal wounds or infection
