After Lance wakes up in the hospital without the flowers, he can’t remember Keith and is having difficulty thinking he could have ever been in love with an asshole like Keith to begin with. Keith’s gonna be trying his hardest to get Lance to fall in love with him again, but it’s an uphill battle for the poor guy.

Keith well probably be nervous about stopping his medication for his own Hanahaki Disease. Lance loved him, but doesn’t anymore, was that enough to get the flower buds to shrivel up and die?
