Been seeing Reverse AUs where its Aziraphale and Crowley in charge with Gabriel and Beelzebub as their agents on Earth and all i have to say is: Aziraphale and Crowley are still best buds and the only angel and demon on good terms with each other and therefore are always the center of divine/demon gossip while Gabriel and Beelzebub kill each other multiple times out of irritation while caring for Warlock and only begrudgingly like each other by the end
I am also on the super hyped to see Aziraphale and Crowley again bandwagon but i gotta say since no one else has im also super excited to see another Gabriel and Beelzebub interaction because that scene was GOLD
So long story short i was taking a nap and you know how your thoughts flow in and out and generally dont make much sense? Ya somehow i started thinking about the spn and good omens crossovers i read two years ago and that train of thought led to this dream which is basically a crack fic.
Feel free to take any of these bullet points and make a real fic outta of them because some of these have potential

Okay ive searched the internet and i cannot find the answer! Both demons and angels in Good Omens (the TV show at least) look different in Heaven/Hell. Now ive managed to find that the animals on the demons' heads are actually the demons themselves but i can't find the answers to my other questions

Why you all drawing Aziraphale as a dog??? He doesnt like orders? He only really does what he wants to do? I dont even think he particulary wants attention?? Hes clearly a cat or one of those mean birds like a goose or swan

As a Anthropology major i can confirm Crowley Walks Like That because thats how he taught himself to walk when he first got legs

so how i know is when u learn about the differnt bone structures of our ancestors the placement of the knee and pelvis width are SUPER important. Humans have a lot of difficulty walking and its taken a lot of trial and error. First thing you learn is that human walking is actually controled falling. If you stand up straight you'll notice how close your knees are. Theyre like that in order to get your feet under you (more noticble if you have wide hips). This makes you balance. When you walk your heel hits first then rolls to your toes (to conserve energy) and your body pitches forward aka falling only to be stopped by your other foot coming down. What Crowley is doing is walking but instead of putting his foot directly in front of that hip hes putting it in the middle of his body, attempting to balance himself. This technique is functional but not very efficient. And it causes him to sway a bit.
Aziraphale on the other hand walks mechanically, probably from watching humans. He looks very stiff because he doesnt swing his arms and he leans back.
I love the idea that snake!Crowley hangs out in the bookshop. Like Aziraphale and Crowley hang out way more now that they're not being monitered and along the way Crowley decides basking in the sun on a bookshelf while Aziraphale reads his new book is pretty nice and allows for plenty of scaring oportunities so he just does it all the time. Aziraphale likes that he scares customers away but doesnt like all the screaming they do so he puts up a "beware of snake" sign on the front door which actually repels even more customers. And the ones that do come in expect a small snake in a glass tank not a anaconda sized one hanging off shelves or drapped over the register and quickly leave when he gets aggressive
Bonus: regulars ask what the snake's name is so Aziraphale says "Crowley" and they're like "you named him after that guy who's always in here?" "umm, well you see, its actually his snake. Im snake sitting. He named it after himself. Crowley junior."
I had a dream during my nap where Aziraphale and Crowley decided to get married but they wanted the whole wedding thing so a invitation magically pops up next to Castiel while he's talking to Dean and Sam but the dream ended right as he was telling them he's invited to the wedding of a demon and a angel so now someone has to write a fanfic for what happens next and the whole wedding
