Our shipping mod has confirmed that shipping delays and missing packages have now been resolved. Missing bundle items have been shipped via mail. Please allow 24 hours from the time of this post for any provided tracking information to be updated. Once we have confirmation that all items are in transit, we will be providing updates regarding donations. We deeply apologize for the delays and thank you for your support.

What happened that delayed shipping and communication?
Days after shipping began, our shipping mod experienced a personal/medical emergency that severely impacted them and progress for several weeks. Now that circumstances have changed, we’re able to finish what we started.
What do I do if my package hasn’t moved?
All packages are in the care of USPS. Please allow 24 hours from the time of this post to check for updates on your tracking. If you have not received any tracking updates, please check your email/ track your order via our store.
When will I receive additional/missing items?
Missing items have been sent via mail and should arrive to your mailboxes within a few weeks.
Will there be leftover sales?
At this time, no.
When will donations be made?
Once we have confirmation that all bundles are in transit, we will divvy the remaining profits between our two selected charities. The receipt of this deed will be shared on Tumblr and X/Twitter.
What do I do if I did not receive my digital zine?
Please ensure you have checked the email provided at check out & that you have checked your spam folder. From our system, we can see that not all digital bundles sent out were ever opened, so please look in your junk folder.
Everyone that ordered the “You’re A Freak” bundle also should have received the digital bundle, so please make sure you received it.

As some of you might know I went thru a medical emergency.
Here is the update.
All bundles are ready to be sent out and they will be processed during this weekend. Meaning all the packages will be sent out by Monday. 100%.
If you submitted a change of address form, don’t worry I have processed it and printed a new label for your package.
Any missing pieces of your bundles that did not arrive will also be sent out by Monday.

The reason for the new email for the Hellcheer Zines is becauese at the moment, there's a medical emergency with the mod in charge of that email, and we've undertaken measures to help alleviate some workload. Unfortunately, we are reliant on that mod also for updates on physical packages. As soon as we know something more about their progress, we will let everyone know. The remaining mods want to extend an apology for the lack of communication. We never wanted this Zine to go anything but smoothly. Please continue to send your receipts to [email protected] as per our last post to receive your PDF. Reminder that this is for all contributors, no matter what package you ordered.

Due to some unforeseen circumstances we are unfortunately under quite a few delays when it comes to shipment. At this time, we cannot currently update shipment status, but we do have confrimation that the physical zines have arrived and should be making it to you, albeit later than we wished.
Until then, we have decided to release the PDF of the zine early to all costumers.If you would like your copy while you wait, please email a receipt of your order to [email protected]
Otherwise it will arrive after your physical copy arrives. Thank you all for your concern and patience!

Information about our Charities of choice: We have chosen, as a team, to donate 100% of our proceeds post-production and shipping to Doctors Without Borders and ChildHelp. You can find more information about these charities on our Carrd.
We emailed everyone that will be receiving a free scrunchie w/ their bundle. Please check your inbox for that message from our mods. Everyone else: If you still want one, we were able to add an option for those that purchased a physical bundle to purchase it as an add-on item!
There is the option to purchase it as an additional item ONLY if you already purchased any physical bundle. If you have not yet purchased a physical bundle, you will have the opportunity to add it to the bundle as an additional item.
