Year 3 (1984 - 1985) brochure: Adult sea ponies.
Comments: Sea Mist. Whitecap. High Tide. Sea Breeze. I did not own any of these ponies, but nevertheless just looking at this picture brings a rush of nostalgia. This is a scan of one of my original childhood brochures; I kept them all, and the backcards too, and would pour over them and gaze longingly at all the beautiful ponies I didn’t have. Lovely artwork, and clever Hasbro put a checklist in each brochure for little kids to check off the ponies they already had.

i have some g2 leaflets on my computer that i don’t remember the source for, and a reverse google image search turned up nothing. if anyone knows the source, please let me know!
G1 mail order pamphlet
Featuring Scribbles and Dabbles the not-quite-flutter-ponies (flutter molds minus the wings), sisters Li'l Sweetcake and Li'l Cupcake, and the six pearlized baby ponies, based on the first set of baby ponies.
The reason some of the text is upside down is that the pamphlet was originally folded up like a little book. :)

Oh boy, this pamphlet was fantastic. It was of UK origin, and made heavy weather about how Magical Breeze (US name: Windy) was this super-exclusive pony that could only be had through the mail order program.
Then they went ahead and introduced the whole set into stores, including Magical Breeze.
